When should I arrive/depart?We will be kicking off the 2024 NTC on Thursday, March 7th, with a Welcome Reception at 6:00 PM ET, and concluding the event on Saturday, March 9th, at 11:00 PM ET. There will be a Regional Manager meeting held at 4:00 PM ET in Regency Hall 3 just prior to the Welcome Reception on Thursday, March 7th. It is recommended you arrive in Orlando, FL by Thursday morning, March 7th, and depart on Sunday, March 10th.

Where should I park?Equis Financial has a discounted rate for self parking for $10.00 + tax at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort. See an Equis staff member to receive your discounted parking voucher once you are on site. Valet and Premium Parking are not discounted. See prices below. Should I bring my family?We recommend you bring your spouse/partner, however, this event is not recommended for children under the age of 18.

What is the dress code?Attire for the National Training Convention's general sessions and breakout sessions is business professional. Attire for the Saturday evening Cocktail Party is cocktail attire.

Are meals provided?Light hors d'oeuvres will be served at Thursday's Welcome Reception. Boxed lunches will be provided during the lunch break in between sessions on Friday and Saturday. Dinner will be provided during Saturday's Cocktail Party. To view the full menu prior to the event, click here.
