We will be kicking off the 2024 NTC on Thursday, March 7th, with a Welcome Reception at 6:00 PM ET, and concluding the event on Saturday, March 9th, at 11:00 PM ET. There will be a Regional Manager meeting held at 4:00 PM ET in Regency Hall 3 just prior to the Welcome Reception on Thursday, March 7th.
It is recommended you arrive in Orlando, FL by Thursday morning, March 7th, and depart on Sunday, March 10th.

where to go
VIP and regular Check-in will take place at the Registration tables just outside of the Grand Cypress Ballroom. Check-in will take place from 3:00 PM ET - 7:00 PM ET on Thursday, 7:00 AM ET - 9:00 AM ET on Friday, and 8:00 AM ET - 9:00 AM ET on Saturday.
Thursday's Regional Manager Meeting will be held in Regency Hall 3 from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM ET.
The Welcome Reception will be held in Portico, directly across from the Grand Cypress Ballroom from 6:00 PM ET - 9:00 PM ET on Thursday, March 7th.
All General Sessions will take place in the Grand Cypress Ballroom. VIP doors open at 8:00 AM ET and general doors open at 8:30 AM ET on Friday and Saturday mornings. Friday's afternoon general session will open to all at 4:15 PM ET.

We know that deciding what to wear can be tricky, so we put together the guide below to help make picking an outfit a little bit easier! Do remember that controlling the temperature in large areas can be difficult so make sure to bring an additional layer if you are often cold.

We are thrilled to share a preview of our hand-picked menu for this year's National Training Convention. Light hors d'oeuvres will be served at Thursday's Welcome Reception. Boxed lunches will be provided during the lunch break in between sessions on Friday and Saturday. Dinner will be provided during Saturday's Cocktail Party.
